These Terms of Service govern the use of the Eleaty platform, including the ordering website, self-order kiosks, kitchen display, synchronization engine, digital wallet loyalty program, and analytics tools.
2. Acceptance
Using our services implies full and complete acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services.
3. Services provided
Eleaty provides an all-in-one platform for restaurant order management. Services include: branded online ordering website, smart kitchen display, autonomous self-order kiosks, built-in loyalty program, analytics dashboard, and smart synchronization of all your devices.
4. Subscription and pricing
Prices are defined on the Pricing page of our website. Eleaty charges no commission on sales. Subscription is billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. Any started month is due. Prices are exclusive of taxes.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Eleaty platform (software, design, text, images, algorithms) is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction, decompilation, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
6. Availability and continuity
Eleaty commits to 99.9% service availability. In the event of service interruption, Eleaty shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses. Our built-in continuity system ensures autonomous operation even during network outages : your orders are never interrupted.
7. Data protection
Eleaty is committed to protecting user data in compliance with GDPR. All data is encrypted with bank-grade security. For more details, see our privacy policy.
8. Applicable law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
