Which tablets are compatible?
Any recent Android tablet works with Eleaty. We recommend 10-inch tablets minimum for customer comfort, but 8-inch models work too. Samsung, Lenovo, Huawei : the choice is wide and prices start at €150.
How do you prevent customers from exiting the app?
The interface locks automatically: Android navigation buttons are disabled, and it's impossible to quit the application without an admin code. Same principle as professional kiosks, without the price.
Do order tickets print automatically?
Yes, automatically. The kiosk connects to your thermal printer via Bluetooth or network. Each order produces a clear ticket with item details, order number, and total amount.
Can customers pay directly at the kiosk?
Yes. The kiosk integrates card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments. The customer orders, pays, and gets their ticket : all self-service. You can also offer counter payment if you prefer.
