Can I keep my own domain name?
Yes, absolutely. Your ordering site runs on your own domain (e.g., order.yourrestaurant.com). If you don't have a domain yet, we can help you choose and configure one.
Can customers order both Click & Collect and delivery?
Yes, both modes are available. For Click & Collect, the customer orders and picks up. For delivery, you can manage your own drivers or connect a delivery partner. The choice is yours.
Is the site listed on Google?
Yes. Your site is built for local SEO. When a customer searches "restaurant [your city]" or "order online [your neighborhood]", your site can appear at the top of results — not buried in a marketplace.
What customer data does the site collect exactly?
The site collects order-essential data: name, email, phone, delivery address, and order history. It also tracks browsing behavior (products viewed, cart abandonment, visit times) and acquisition source (Google, social media, QR code). All this data is stored in YOUR database, not a third party's.
